We had so Much fun playing at Blue Pitt BBQ! Can’t wait to get back in there. The food was amazing and the staff was awesome. Not to mention their amazing whisky selection!! Baltimore finally has a legit BBQ spot that’s not just pit beef or a chain.

The addictive chorus demands you sing along as Nichols says “And I’ll be shooting doubles yeah there ain’t no doubt/I’m singing two shots bang bang/Pulls me through/Two shots bang bang I’m over you.” The infusion of bluegrass that enters mid-way through injects yet another layer to back up Nichols’ radio worthy vocals and standout sound.
Combining the old school sounds of outlaw country and honky tonk with modern country and rock, John Nichols is launching his own personal brand of country music and it all begins with “Two Shots.” Country fans take note because the John Nichols Band has arrived and they are here to stay.
We had a great time playing a sweet Barn Party last weekend! BBQ, Beer & Country Music are always a winning combination. The night started off with Buffalo chicken and finger pickin! Then we moved to kegs and 2 steps. Finishing it off with Brisket and Cash, Johnny that is… It wasn’t until that bond fire started roaring until we really turned up the velocity with some good ole outlaw country and our original recipe a house blend. The kids were the 1st ones dancing and the rest of the party soon followed for a great almost spring like night in Maryland.
